Start with how the vehicle is used
An Alphard that carries clients every day has different needs from one that carries family on weekends. Chauffeured vehicles usually benefit from the quietest direction available — deep monotone paint, coordinated aero and wheels that read as factory-plus. Family vehicles have more freedom for character: two-tone treatments, darker wheel finishes, a slightly more assertive front.
Write down the three situations the vehicle is in most often. If 'arriving at a client meeting' is one of them, let that veto anything loud.
Full replacement versus add-on aero
Complete bumper-replacement designs change the vehicle's face entirely — deeper openings, new lamp surrounds, a distinct identity. Add-on aero keeps the factory bumpers and layers a lip, side and rear treatment over them; it is usually lighter-touch, reversible thinking.

Details that separate good from great
On an MPV this size, three details dominate the result: wheel diameter and offset (too small disappears, too aggressive ruins ride), lower-body line continuity from front lip through side to rear, and paint discipline — a single deep colour almost always outlasts a trend.
