1. Who these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry, quotation or order you place with CARART REBORN WORKSHOP, an automotive paint and body workshop operating in Miri, Sarawak, Malaysia. The business registration number is available on official documents and is not published on this page.

By sending an enquiry, accepting a quotation or placing an order you agree to these terms as they stand at that time.

2. Website images and colour references

Images labelled Brand Visual or Finish Reference are illustrative presentations used to communicate colour, gloss and atmosphere. They are not photographs of completed customer vehicles or a promise of an identical final appearance.

Completed customer vehicles appear only in the Projects section, with owner-supplied or workshop photography and the owner's permission.

Colour on a screen varies by device and lighting. The final colour and finish must be confirmed using an appropriate physical sample or agreed reference before work begins.

3. Quotations

Nothing on this website is an offer to perform work at a stated price. Paint and bodywork are supplied by written quotation prepared for your specific vehicle after assessment.

A quotation lists its items, quantities, prices, total, any deposit required and a validity date. It may be accepted, queried or declined through the secure link provided; it lapses automatically after its validity date.

Accepting a quotation confirms the scope and prices. Acceptance itself is not a payment.

4. Orders, deposits and payment

An order is created when you accept a quotation. Where a deposit is stated, the order is confirmed once the deposit is received, and material preparation or workshop work begins after confirmation.

Payment methods and instructions are provided after acceptance. Amounts are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the quotation says otherwise.

Deposits, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Deposit Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Vehicle condition, materials and timing

The assessed repair scope, paint materials, colour, finish and expected timing are confirmed at quotation. Hidden damage or previous repairs may only become visible after preparation begins; if that changes the agreed scope, we will explain it before additional work proceeds.

Stated completion times are estimates made in good faith, not guarantees. Material availability, drying and curing conditions, additional repairs and customer-approved changes can affect the schedule.

6. Vehicles left with the studio

Vehicles in the studio's care are handled with professional diligence. You should maintain your own insurance on the vehicle; agreed handover condition, timing and any additional care terms are recorded per job. Detailed liability terms: [to be confirmed with legal review].

7. Website use

You may browse and share links to this site freely. Site imagery and text may not be copied, scraped or republished for commercial purposes without written permission.

The site chat and enquiry channels may not be used for unlawful, abusive or automated-spam purposes; we may restrict access for abuse.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 where it applies.
