How coverage is stated

Warranty terms may differ between refinishing, panel repair and other bodywork. Rather than advertising one blanket number that cannot honestly apply to every job, the coverage for your work is written on the quotation you accept — per item, in plain language.

If a line on your quotation carries no stated warranty, ask before accepting and we will clarify it in writing.

What aftercare includes

Handover includes care guidance for fresh paintwork, including initial washing and curing precautions. If anything about completed work concerns you afterwards, contact us with photos so our team can assess the finish.

Statutory guarantees under Malaysian consumer law apply regardless of anything written here.

What is not covered

Normal wear, stone chips and road damage, later accidents, corrosion or defects outside the quoted repair scope, improper care, unauthorised polishing or chemical damage, and work not performed by CARART.

Formal terms

Standardised warranty durations by category: [to be confirmed]. When published, they will apply to new quotations from that date; existing orders keep the terms written on their accepted quotation.
